Sanuk was started by surfers in southern California in the late '90s who were looking for footwear that reflected their lighthearted way of life. Founder Jeff Kelley was disappointed to see little selection in a category of footwear that had become his main shoe staple: the flip flop. Jeff had always been interested in footwear and with a little help from a few friends Sanuk was born. Years later, the Sanuk brand still delivers out of the ordinary, quality product to surf and specialty shops every season and has helped bring the flip-flop category from a summer only item to something worn all year.

These shoes are great. I wear them everyday.

They have a soft flip flop type sole with a harder rubber sole for traction, which is comfortable but slippery sometimes in wet conditions.

The canvas top holds my feet well. It has frayed quite fast though, a little moreso than I would have liked.

I bike to school in them, they look great with khakis or jeans, feel great with bare feet or socks, dry quickly and don't get stinky. I am happy with the purchase.

This is my 2nd pair of theses Vagabond Sanuk's ...My first pair lasted a full 12-month of wearing them almost everyday. I think that is proof of a well made shoe. I wear them in almost ever situation. They are even classy enough to wear to a wedding or funeral. You can wear them with socks or without. Only down-side is in really wet situations they may loose grip somewhat.

Super comfy! Super light-weight! Its like wearing sandals. I can wear these with dressy shirts and dark jeans or with shorts and a T. Simply the best shoes I've ever had. I will knock a star off though as they do wear on the bottoms a little quick.

I usually have a hard time buying slip on shoes due to an extra bone in my foot, but these fit perfectly and they actually carry my size (which is a 14). Not only do they fit well, but they are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever owned. I would defiantly recommend buying these.

These are the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn. The cost is a little more then I would normally spend but, the cost is well worth it. I will be buying another pair for the winter. I plan to wear the sandals year round.
