The shirt came as described. It's fits very nice. When I unwrapped it, it seemed to come with a lot of wrinkels, and I had to iron it quite alot.

Bought a bunch of these for my husband. He loves them - comfortable and when ironed very good looking. High quality stitching. BUT if you do not iron it with each wash or wear it looks really wrinkly and sloppy. I hate to iron. If I knew they wrinkled so easy I would not have bought them. But, other than the wrinkle issue they are in fact high quality (strong stitching and material), properly cut, pocket positions are great, sleeves and tail are long enough, not much shrinkage at all (hardly noticeable shrinkage). See pros and cons list below.

PROS:
Comfortable.
Strong fabric (summer weight but strong).
Strong stitching.
Quality cut, roomy.
Sleeves and tail long enough (for a man 6'2" got the XL).
Shrinkage not even noticeable.
Pockets and buttons in perfect placement (you'd be surprised at how many shirts are bad in this way).

CONS:
Wrinkles easy, with every wash or wear.
Wrinkles a lot, every inch looks wrinkled.

I expected better quality from Carhartt. Some of the stitching was coming apart after a few wears, but it is still a good shirt. It fits pretty well, and it is meant for light work.
